High Holy Days

High Holidays at West End Temple are joyous and meaningful and provide a beautiful opportunity to connect with old friends and make new friends as we sing and pray the ancient prayers of our tradition, with melodies both ancient and new. We make peace with ourselves and others for all that has happened in the previous year, and we fortify ourselves for the year to come. We remember loved ones whose memory will always be a blessing, and we look to how we can build a promising future. At West End Temple, we pride ourselves on having an exceptional musical tradition over the holidays. Our Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services feature a four-part choir and pianist, as well as a cellist or other soloist on Yom Kippur
